GS900/25
The high-powered shredders of the GS line meet high quality and performance standards, especially when processing USW (Urban Solid Waste), plastic, wood, rubber, paper and cardboard, as well as bulky industrial waste.
Powerful in their structure and result, these high powered shredders are characterized by high productivity and maximum reliability.
Thanks to the presence of a screen, these shredders allow the production of evenly-sized material, preparing it for any successive processing and use.
Moreover, the use of interchangeable cutters allows quick maintenance with reduced
downtime.
The blades, configurable according to thickness and number, are the great flexibility of these machines, while the use of interchangeable cutters with wear-resistant surfacing, protects the machine from any damage.
The machine is characterized by high sturdiness due to an electro welded monolithic
structure.
The bearings are widely separated from the crashing area with a cleaning system that prevents any ingress of foreign matter.
The hydraulically-driven material radial ram is managed in compliance with the rotor power absorption, with the continuous search for the best pressure/absorption ratio and allowing maximum output.
